A lot of the present staff bunus remuneration depends on the routes they fly and BA are putting the lower tier labour on the more lucrative routes and so backhandedly depriving the higher tier labour of income. This is life but I have a lot of sympathy with the staff over the underhanded way BA are dealing with them.
