Nissan Europe has launched a new ski app for the iPhone called Ski Challenge – Prove It.

Just in time for the Winter Olympics, the iPhone ski app will enable skiers and snowboarders to interact with each other via a shared virtual community. But the best thing – it’s absolutely FREE.

Featuring maps, guides and tips, Ski Challenge Prove It is a great way for snowsports enthusiasts to share tricks, experiences and stories with like-minded people. Users can access interactive 3D maps from 45 European resorts and located themselves while on the slopes.

This new ski app will be a welcome accompaniment to the plethora of iPhone ski apps that already exist. More interactive than previous apps we’ve seen, you will also be able to publish pics, videos and message your friends via facebook.
