23 July 2010 No Comment

Italy’s Madonna di Campiglio has announced they’re currently building a new ski run they hope will be complete ready for winter 2010-11.

The new Nube D’Oro run in the Spinale sector will be served by the Homonym chairlift and end in front of Montagnoli mountain hut.

In addition the resort’s lift company is working in the Grosté area on enlarging the “Graffer” blue slope and in the 5 Laghi area they are enlarging the “Fis 3 Tre” red slope and adding two new alternative route to the existing 5 laghi descent.

The new slopes follow on from last winter’s re-naming of the “Patascoss” piste in the 5 laghi area which is now called the “Centenary Slope” after Madonna di Campiglio celebraqted 100 years of winter sports at the resort.
