Snow report – record-breaking November at Marmot Basin

Marmot Basin, Jasper, boasted snowfall in November of an astonishing 225cm. This is even more impressive considering that last winter, the resort received 285cm for the whole season! Such great snow conditions have brought record-breaking skiers and boarders to the slopes.

Snow report – Jasper joins the snow party

With North America boasting fantastic snowfall and great ski conditions at so many resorts, it was a matter of time before Jasper came to the party. With epic snowfall in Breckenridge and Whistler already reported, Jasper received a massive 85cm last week with 60cm in just 2 days.

New chairlift at Jasper’s Marmot Basin

The 2009/10 ski season has seen the unveiling of Jasper’s brand new quad chairlift – the Canadian Rockies Express. Adding this to the great snow conditions already showing in Jasper and the new ski season has started even better than expected.
