Snowsport England Spends On Getting Brits On To Indoor Snow

Snowsport England has announced that it is to receive £985,000 of Government and National Lottery funding to get more people skiing and snowboarding in high quality environments.
Manchester’s Chill Factore is one of the venues set to benefit from the funding.

Snowsport GB goes into administration

After many months of publicised financial difficulties, the British Ski and Snowboard Federation trading as Snowsport GB announced today that it had gone into administration.
With the Olympics just a week away, Snowsport GB stated that this would not affect Team GB’s 14 ski and snowboard athletes.
